It's that time of the year when many of us are going on holiday soon. So I've been thinking about some holiday essentials for your little ones.
Of course some swimmers are a top must-have, and these boy shorts or the girl's swimsuit version are my holiday top buy for stylish little bums and tums.

These Sunjellies come in adult and kids sizes and are an absolute essential for holiday. No more worrying about stepping on a stone when running into the sea. Even if the sea isn't their thing, they look good enough to wear all the time.

Anyone who's ever travelled with a little one will know about these little life-savers. They can put all their essential toys in to take away with them and they can get a wee ride if their legs get tired.

I always take a blanket with us on holiday- for the plane, the buggy, or if they crash out at dinner time after a hard days playing in the pool!

Lucky boy Sunday knitted toys are a favourite of mine, but this is more to represent taking an old favourite toy away with you, so that they always have something from home that will comfort them in times of need (apart from us parents of course).

I hope you like my round-up of my five holiday essentials for little ones. To be honest I could have gone on and on, because when you have kids travelling light just doesn't happen anymore.
What essential item/s could you not go away without?

Awwww I am really missing those days when my kids were still little that we could just take them anywhere we want to.....those days seem too far away now!
