My new anti-wrinkle must-have - NEO STEM

Since writing this blog we've had lots of weird and wonderful requests to review products from candle stick holders to well let's just say erm adult toys, yes I kid you not. But we don't want this blog to be only about what free stuff we can get, in exchange for a write up. However there are a few exceptions, when we will write a review. And that is mostly when we seek it out ourselves. When we get in touch with a company because we either love what they do or we think our readers will be really interested in hearing about it.

If you are anything like me and can literally feel the lines appearing every time you smile, frown or look confused, which let me tell you is quite often, and really not interested in resorting to Botox or Frotox or the whatever next invasive anti-wrinkle procedure is, then you need to find a cream that really does work.

Let me introduce you to Neo Stem. I first read about Neo Stem in Grazia magazine and was really,  really keen to try it out. Neo Stem is the result of bio-medical research into Progeria - a genetic mutation that causes rapid cellular ageing. The two active ingredients Omega Statine and Z-Dronate help to promote denser skin and cell renewal.

Marks and Spencer's new beauty department have obviously done their research because this new bad boy in anti-wrinkle treatment from this French skincare brand is a revolution that is spreading rapidly, it is a best seller in France and keeps selling out on Marks' website. In the range Marks and Spencer's sell are a serum for normal/ combination skin 30ml, a serum for dry skin 30ml both priced at £59, and an anti-wrinkle eye contour care 20ml priced at £39.

I'm trialling the one for dry skin as my skin has been feeling really dry and tired lately, I presume going out running isn't helping. The cream is really rich and it makes my skin feel really soft. I'm not going to insult your intelligence and say I have noticed that I look 10 years younger after using it for a couple of weeks because I don't. And to be honest I really try very hard not to look at any lines that may or may not be appearing. But what I have noticed is that my skin feels a lot softer and is in better condition. And from reading all the sciencey bits and research I am definitely a convert and will be sticking with it long after my review sample runs out. If you want to ask me again in a couple of months what I think you're welcome to.

Take a look at the beauty department next time you're in Marks and Spencer because they have a lot of really great products that you won't find anywhere else.

What age-defying products do you swear by?  I'm happy to share any hints and tips I can get my hands on with you guys.

Nat x

UPDATE: I only wrote this a couple of days ago, but I have to say my skin is feeling and looking absolutely fantastic. I've been using it consistently day and night. I've uploaded a pic on Instagram, so check it out.

  3. I am 27 and definatly feeling the lines appearing on a daily basis!! I haven't used any anto age products before. I always use the johnsons baby natural mosturiser on my skin (mainly because the smell reminds me of my two daughters as babies and our daily baby massages which they now refuse, wahhh). This stuff looks amazing. Would love to hear your results over a period of time to see how you get on with it x

    1. I think it's fairly new over here and I haven't heard of anyone else selling it other than M&S. But there has been a lot of press about it in the newspapers and magazines. It's amazing.
